Rental Policy & More

*There is no minimum on pick up orders.

*There is a $150 minimum on delivered orders.

*Additional delivery charge will apply outside of San Antonio.

*The rental period is three days, unless otherwise noted.

*Customers are responsible for the replacement costs of items damaged or lost during the rental period.

*A refundable security deposit of 25% of your total rental cost is required before your event. This covers possible damage or loss of an item. If all items are returned without damage, the deposit will be fully refunded. All items returned damaged will be assessed a fee of three times the rental rate. If damages exceed the amount of the 25% security deposit, you will be billed for additional costs. 

*Items are delivered cleaned and ready to use. Items are expected to be returned in same condition (remember, their fragility when cleaning them).

*A 25% nonrefundable deposit on the rental total is due upon signing a contract to hold your desired pieces. 

*Rental balance is due two weeks before pick up or delivery.

*Weekly rental rates are available. This is ideal for staging homes or photo shoots.

*If you're looking for something special, but don't see it, just ask. We love to go on treasure hunts.
